Emily Rowan

Manager, Federal Government Relations

Emily is a government relations professional based in Ottawa, specializing in federal advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. Previously, she worked at a public relations firm advising clients on federal government relations and engagement strategies, and at Engineers Canada.

Emily has served as a board member at The Endometriosis Network Canada, and is a passionate advocate for health policy and increasing awareness of endometriosis across Canada. She currently volunteers with the policy arm of the organization, called EndoAct.

Emily holds a Master’s in Political Management from Carleton University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor’s in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
